Using A/D to turn instead of Strafe

If you are someone like me and use A/D to turn your camera left and right rather than strafing, the camera movement is very slow. It's slow enough where I can't enjoy the game, as it feels like turning through molasses. While using the mouse to control the camera is the most often play style, it would be really nice to see some sort of improvement for people like me.

Hopefully a change to the turn speed will come, and I can give this game another try!
