Wings and Blink fixes NEED to be higher priority

Member, Alpha One, Alpha Two, Early Alpha Two
Mage and Cleric talents that tie a CC break to blink and wings respectively do not work. They haven't worked since the beginning of P1 and it contributes to a dynamic in combat that would be very different if the talents were working correctly.
I think the current philosophy of giving a lot of classes some form of a CC break is solid, but the only way for us to know if it's good or bad dynamic is to see it in game.
So please, prioritize the wings and blink CC break fixes.
