[Video settings] Shadow Quality

I have a very nice PC: last i9 generation 14900K + NVIDIA RTX 4090, so I can play the game at 4k resolution at max quality level. However, I have noticed that the Shadow Quality setting does not provide any good results. When set to Ultra, the resulting rendering is quite blurry...
I can obtain a very nice rendering if I set this setting to Low.
