Fixed an issue where testers would sometimes dismount after transferring between servers
Removed some clipping foliage from freehold locations
Updated HLODs across our world to reduce pop-in
NPC behavior has been updated for most NPCs to leash whenever their primary target is in an unreachable position for several seconds
Fixed an issue where testers were able to purchase weapon passives for their inactive weapon
Fix for testers who were stuck with astronomical amounts of XP debt
