Renouncing citizenship with materials in extra storage tabs are lost on recitizenship

Reproduce steps:
Be a citizen of a node
Buy extra storage for 1g and 5g
Put items in all tabs (even 1)
Renounce citizenship
You should be left only with default storage + 5g one
Become a citizen again
You receive back the 2 tabs from being a citizen, but one of them has no items left in them.
