Bug: Unlocking Camera movement causes character to move backwards without a penalty.

Steps to reproduce:
1. adjust settings to unlock camera movement.
2. hold down right mouse and back peddle move backwards at the same speed you move forwards.
3. to really illustrate how impactful this bug is to movement mount up and try moving backwards with right mouse depressed. You will notice your mount moves backwards at full forward momentum speed.
