Loading screen loop

Got the infinite loading screen loop again after character selection.
A bit frustrating after 2 days of downtime.
Anybody found a solution?

    I get the loading screen loop shortly after logging in now. Tried two different characters later tonight after playing fine a hours earlier. One came in at Halcyon and one at Joeva. Both could summon their horse but could not get onto it and both could not use the storage NPC. (Essentially the old problem of being able to log in but not be able to use any game function that used the 'F' key.)

    One character I attempted to log to the character select screen and upon relogging became stuck in the reloading loop. On the second character after being unable to mount the horse I tried running outside of the city, attempted to desummon the horse, and once again the client dropped back into the repeated loading loop.

    Eventually after enough log in attempts or time a successful log in occurs and the game functions again.
