Cannot get beyond "Known Bad CPU "

According to many users, when you click "No" to the warning message, the game should load. But mine doesn't even attempt to load. It instantly closes and goes back to the launcher when I click "No" (or if I click Yes, or hit the X).
Intel released an update in December 2024 that's intended to address the known issues. I have that update installed. I've also gone through and applied all recommended settings from Intel regarding the known issue. Basically, it limits the voltage so that it cannot harm the CPU.
However, even with all these changes, I cannot launch the game. It just closes instantly.

The BIOS settings I've changed are as follows:
Updating the BIOS and making these changes are the only fixes I can find for the issue. There are a few other posts suggesting that these types of changes (adjusting voltage via the bios) fixes the issue for others.
What am I still missing?

CPU Core/Cache Current Limit Max: 307
Long Duration Package Power Limit: 253
Short Duration Package Power Limit: 253
TVB Voltage Optimizations: Enabled
Enhanced TVB: Enabled
CPU C-states: Enabled
