All caravans disappeared

A was making a trip from Aithanar to the Tropics then when I just delivered in the Tropics it doent appeared on the caravan master, I tried everything, repair the game, wait some time logged off, beacon the caravan and when I tried it I saw that ALL my caravans disappeared, event the one that I was not using, WHY? its so frustrating! I spend a lot of gold and time, and I LOST EVERYTHING, and now I'm losing the oportunity to do the caravan with the pact of not attack from my server. This kind of bug make us want stop to play.
