Echoes of Betrayal - Can't combine ingredients

Description
Include a concise description of the bug, 1-2 sentences max. I used to be able to combine the Aloe and the Cursed Bones up at mothers rest mortar and pestle but after the latest patch I am not able to. I think the bones get sent to the item inventory, and the aloe gets sent to the quest inventory and it won't combine.

Expected Result
What was the expected result of the action(s)? Combine the ingredients 6 times or whatever and then trace the runes in order.

What was the actual result of the action(s)? Please be sure to include any error messaging or relevant diagnostic information.
Can't combine the ingredients, so quest can't continue. I also do not like that you have to find the correct order to trace the runes, maybe make it so that you just have to go to each one and it doesn't matter the order.
