The Launcher Is Terrible For Me

Maybe it's my computer and it's just dogshit, I know it isn't my internet, but whenever I begin to download an update for AoC, it downloads incredibly slow, talking kb/s. My download speed from the Google speed test hovers around 85 mb/s. I'm not sure what to do, I've tried reinstalling the launcher multiple times. This has been happening since phase 1

    The first 10% is really hard for the launcher. I am not sure why.
    First of all select only the Easy anti-cheat and wait.

    Do not touch anything. Even not your Mouse.
    The first 10% is really slow and taking a lot of ressources

    I have wired DSL that I can DownLoad @ 50MBs but the launcher transmits to my PC at 6MBs making the whole process frustrating. I see players talking in Discord that have been updated and been in game for 30 minutes or longer while I continue to wait.
