Mailbox Locked and Unusable

Mailboxes in every node show a spinning loading icon, and do not load mail. I cannot receive mail at this time.
Description
My mailbox is effectively broken in any node. I cannot receive messages, or view old ones to delete them.
Bug Reproduction Steps
To achieve this:
1. Let your mailbox fill up to page 100/100 with old messages that have money claimed from them, but were not deleted.
2. Once at 100/100 pages, it will not load any mail, new or old.
3. Cry
Expected Result
I didn't know what to expect, but I thought I'd see what happens if I never delete claimed and read mail. This happens. Something I thought might happen would be that I can no longer receive mail when it is "full", but I could resolve that by going back and deleting old mail, which is tiresome because it has to be done at a time. I sell a LOT on the market, and it fills up quickly. I would like the abillity to go in and delete my old mail, but since it just loads and loads now, I cannot do that, locking me out of selling on the market.
