Nameplates bug

I can't see the NPCS or player nameplates. I have used ALT + N and nothing, I have used the “show/hide Nameplates” button and it doesn't work either. I have reset all options, cleared launcher cache even uninstall completely, delete files and reinstall. Nothing works.

It may seem like a minor bug but it is not in a MMORPG as competitive and social as this one. If I'm leveling up and enemies are coming I can't see them.

Even when I select a target the nameplate dont appears on it.

    I have found something. If I have PvP enabled I can see player nameplates. In this video we can see how with pvp active I can see everything. If I deactivate it when I get off the mount there is like an update of players and it disappears.

    We can see that I activate pvp and when I get back on the mount there is another update and suddenly the nameplates load.

    What I can never see are the nameplates of the NPCS (Vendors, guards, etc). I guess that's the problem.
