Caravans are dissapearing from Caravan Master

Description
I have lost 2 Caravans in the past 2 Weeks that were loaded with 4 Epic Commodities. The Caravans were stored at the Caravan Master ready to be launched.
Bug Reproduction Steps
Purchase Caravan (Sunhaven/Azmaran) -> Equip Caravan Parts -> Equip 4 Epic Commodities -> Wait for Patch -> The Caravan is no longer available
Expected Result
The Caravan should still be available at the Caravan Master, ready to be launched.
Bug Report - Actual Result
The Caravan has dissapeared.
This Bug has cost me a lot of Gold already. It seems its always affected by either Server Downtime or Server Crashes. If there is any more info i can provide please come back at me, this bug really frustrates me a lot.
