Giant Bullywog Frogs not Spawning

Not sure if anyone else has seen this but the Giant Bullywog frogs are not spawning around the lake any more since the recent update when Rogues and naval were introduced

Anyone have any idea about this? Maybe its because of the season? Not sure.
