Bug fix for black screen/Crashes 3090 that worked for me.

Enable Hidden Items:
Press the Windows key and type "File Explorer Options" and select it.
Go to the "View" tab.
Under "Hidden files and folders", select "Show hidden files, folders, and drives".
Click "Apply" and then "OK".
Navigate to the Save Folder:
Open File Explorer and navigate to: C:\Users\[Your Username]\AppData\Local\AOC\Saved\SaveGames.
Note: Replace [Your Username] with your actual Windows username.
Backup (Optional but Recommended):
Before deleting anything, it's a good idea to copy the entire SaveGames folder (or just the GeneralSettings.sav file if you're trying that first) to another location as a backup.
Delete the Folder or Specific Files:
Option 1 (Reset All Settings): Delete the entire SaveGames folder. This will reset all your game settings, preferences, and keybinds.
This fixed it for me but I have had to redo this after every nvdia update

Still no bueno. DLSS is off. FPS limit to 60 or lower doesn´t help. Launcher was reinstalled, game was repaired and reinstalled. Game crashes alfter loading screen appear and says "Waiting for Async loading". Screen is barely visible. Mostly black.
🔸 If your game is crashing on a black screen immediately after pressing Launch Game, you likely need to update/reinstall the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable. Visit Microsoft's website and install the X64 version for Windows 10/11. // https://forums.ashesofcreation.com/discussion/61592 **
