P2>P2.5: Why P2.5 feels bad
After dozens of hours of named mob farming with groups of 6-12 guildies, I have gotten ZERO gear pieces (losing rolls, abysmal drop rate)
Crafting = dead
PVP = dead
It feels boring and dead that contesting, risk, decking, waring, pirating, and combat between guilds is at an absolute low
The market has a massive inflation on named mob gear being 100-500 gold per gear piece
This "loop" of perma named mob farming to hopefully get a tag and hold a location for hours and not get any gear is extremely frustrating
I know the game will have a turn around and this is all being addressed but I just wanted to share the current conversation amongst big guilds in the VC (everyone has these same feelings and perspectives) as this has been a consistent conversation

Crafting should come online much faster, lvl 10/20 gear should be able to be started within the first week of the server at least. Ideally the tools come online one - two days minimum faster than the benches. (IMO) Area's like Briar farms should have these stations come online when nodes hit lvl 2.
POI/Mob tagging needs to be looked at with looks toward purple flags over boss fights rather than the horse being run on players to get them to go corrupt. or swing in the air at hope to tag is lame gameplay to say the least.
This sort of stems from how punishing corruption is currently but IMO allowing POI purple zones or Name Tags create a sense of danger. This should come with built in mechanics like loot doesn't drop for more than 8 man parties, (no more Raid Party loot) for content for 8mans.
This allows grps to fight and have a chance at loot.
