Logging in Error 33 and 34

When attempting to login I get error code 33 when 'Click to Continue' screen appears
When my character screen appears there are no characters but i do see a small '?' where 'Play' button is with the words unable to display in development and error code 34 is displayed

Still no resolution to this anyone got a fix please, i have totally re-installed deleted etc several times
