Game crash after 30 seconds to 2 minutes of being in game

As the title says, my game crashes any where from 30 seconds to 5 minutes after having been logged in. sometimes, I get an error that I have ran out of video memory, but it doesn't show up consistently. In addition the crash will sometimes cause my discord to also crash. Character is currently in southern Winstead.

The error message states: "Out of video memory trying to allocate a rendering resource. Make sure your video card has the minimum required memory, try lowering the resolution and/or closing other applications that are running. Exiting..."

Computer specs: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8700K CPU @ 3.70GHz 3.70 GHz, 16.0 GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 (8 GB)
Graphics Settings: 1920x1080, graphics Quality set to low, NO raytracing or SRS.

I too am having this issue anytime I enter a busy city like Winstead. I am running AMD 3800x CPU, Radeon 6900xt 16GB VDDRAM, and 32GB 3200 RAM with SMART access enabled.

I have turned down the video settings all to low, I have made sure that FSR is off. I have turned down the resolution to below 1080. Outside of busy locations, I am usually fine.

I started suddenly having this problem after the game has run smoothly thru p2.5 into the first few weeks of p3. The game now runs in a very jerky fashion (frames dropping) and I have the same issue where the game will crash anytime I enter a highly congested area, frequently generating AOCClient_Win64_Shipping dump file.

I'm running Win 11, an AMD Ryzyn 9 7900X with 64gb of memory, and a GeForce RTX 4070 Ti. I should not be having these issues. I have repaired the game several times, have done 2 uninstalls/reinstalls and the problem persists.
