Key Layout - New to MMO's

Are there any good suggestions for key layouts' when playing MMO's? I currently find it very difficult to move and shoot and use abilities as a ranger. Maybe I just don't like the ranger archetype also. But coming from other games I do like the freedom of movement with WASD I just am having a hard time pressing keys especially when base attack is E (hard to move omnidirectional while holding E). I know you can go to action cam but I assume you lose out being able to have free mouse to click on other stuff in combat.

If you buy yourself an MMO Mouse, you can use your abilities with your Mouse-hand. That can often be easier if you're struggling to use them whilst moving.
