Roost of Ravens

I'd like to see a building in town that is like a roost for carrier pidgeons (Ravens, Hawks, etc) that is a communication system with other settlements.
Have a communication board allowing messages for the citizens for mayoral applicants to state policy proposals, or send messages to other settlements encouraging actions or warnings, PUG sign up adverts, upcoming events/spawns, time records on dungeons, last to kill world bosses, advertise new steadings and services.
Tie in the buy orders of settlements so we can see on a communication board at the Roost what goods are wanted where so you can take crates where desired rather than just distance/crossing biomes being the best options.
Other options -
Have part of seiges interdicting a node so it doesn't get carriers in or out.
Allow the steadings to have a smaller one to keep them in loops and
Allow players to put in buy orders for mats or equipment that can be carried to the Settlement.
Have an upgrade that can allow a limited fast travel by shrinking a character with no crates or wagons and have the bird carry them over to another upgraded roost, for a hefty gold tax.
