Can not launch the game. Unexpected error. Enviroment not found

Hi.

I can't log in after launching the launcher. I immediately get the error: Unexpected error. Environment not found.

Fun fact: If you run the anti-cheat manually from the game folder, the game will open successfully without the .exe file, but you won't be able to select a server because you haven't logged in.

Please help me resolve this issue.

These idiots don't KNOW how to resolve this. The fact that your launcher even LAUNCHES is a 100% improvement over anything I'd dealing with.

Shit literally doesn't even launch and NONE of these morons know what the fuck they're doing to even make THAT work.

1.) Make sure you have a AoC account.

2.) Make sure that account is linked to your steam account.

3.) Make sure you launch from steam.

4.) Use the repair function. (Steam library→ Right click on AoC→ Properties→ Installed files→ Verify integrity of game files.)

5.) Reinstall the game.

I cant even check it. There is no such info at account settings

its doesnt work. I even delete launcher folder and then redownload it with repair at steam. no result
did it. doesnt help. reinstall over 100 gbs is shit. my ssd resource is not infinite

The game i supose just dont start anticheat by itself. Like bro above said, you can launch all of the exe separatly, but there would be eror code 23 and 10 with no realm at the list. Second alpha should at least let me enter the game

In my case, I had zapret installed. I guess if you have a vpn, hamchi, or something similar enabled that affects your Internet connection, then this is what prevents you from opening the launcher. After logging into the launcher, if there is a problem logging into realm, you can turn the vpn back on.
