Bought a game in 2019 but no key / no Steam access – what should I do ?

Hi everyone,

I bought a game on January 12, 2019 (10:57) for €75

The problem is that I never received a game key, and I don’t see any way to link the game to my Steam account. As of today, I have no way to play the game at all.

Has anyone experienced this before?
How should I proceed to activate the game or recover a key?

Any advice would be really appreciated.

Go to your account settings. There's an option to connect to discord and steam.

Once you connect to steam, if you go to the steam store it will still show that you can buy it there. I'm just stating this to avoid any confusion.

Once you connect this account to your steam, the game should be automatically put on your account. Go to your library and it should be there. (:
