6 hours yesterday, hell, today is 13 hours. I logged in early this morning to a queue and hoped id be logged in when I got home from work. After 13 hours, im still 1000 in queue. Wtf….
I've been in the queue for 2.5 hours, and it's gone from position 81, to 32, in all that time :( (US Lyneth)
What did it for me was verifying the integrity of game files and flushing my dns. The sync page kept resolving to localhost:3000 which is a loopback. Try what i did.
Same here, been in queue all day, and it's not even moving - so i quit and rejoined and it's back up to over 1000. Doesn't matter if i try Resna or Lyneth, both are unplayable. No idea how all the streamers are in so easily, maybe cause they got in early and away from the start area?
Wish we had more servers… I get it's a alpha test, so this is kinda expected. But wow, didn't think it would be THIS bad :(
The Streamers got in cuz of the Dev or whoever whitelisted them. Saw it Live on Summit's in and Asmongold stream, along with a few others.

Its probably because their sessions arnt being recycled/refreshed. I have some friends who log in with no queue after being logged off all day and log in while im still in queue and they get in instantly. They are still in the starting zone waiting for me :/
Even their patch didnt work lol. In queue for 4 hours now. Also, my friend cant even join. Keeps getting connection error time outs. Sigh.
