Reporting for a friend. They are unable to report this issue in game due to crashing occurring during realm selection menu. When selecting realm it freezes on "connecting" loading circle and eventually crashes the game. Tried multiple fix attempts to include updating GPU drivers, bios updates, and installing on ssd.
