Discussion Title - Locked on quest progression
Description
Place: Emberspring 2nd sword outpost - Quest to deliver cargo if you drop the cargo using the keybind the cargo disappears and it's like you abandoned the quest and can't accept it again on Quartermaster Lynne.
Reproduction Steps
1. Deliver quest on Quartermaster Lynne
2. Accept new quest from Quartermaster Lynne
3. Pick up the cargo
4. Use keybind to drop cargo
5. Cargo is lost
6. Quest is gone from quest journal
7. Cannot accept quest again
Expected Result
I'm locked from quest progression, unsure what to do next.
Bug Report - Actual Result
No error. Just cant find cargo and cannot move on with quests.
