So I know this has been talked about before but I’d like some clarification and just wanted to get new people’s take. A few interviews ago Steven made it sound like they are abandoning the idea of mob levels changing as the settlement levels up. I forget the exact quote but it made it sound like there will always be certain settlement that will level faster due to the PIO’s around them. How can you go with this model when you want bioms yo stay populated? No one is going yo be a citizen in the riverlands past 25 or so. So either each biom will have 1-50 content always or you need to have the mob levels change as everything grows or at least open up “deeper” levels to a dungeon . This a big problem I see with the “dynamic “ world. You want people to be invested in all the settlements but if there is no high level content around it no one will stay.
