Character, Archetypes & Combat
Characters logging in at level 1 - Fixed an issue that could cause characters to appear as level 1, if they logged out and back in again while tracking many Commissions.
Fixed an issue where characters could be stuck with a recurring PvP flag after leaving the Harbinger event area. The PvP flag will now correctly remove itself when you exit the area surrounding the Harbinger.
Ranger - Fixed a visual bug that would cause bows to continue animations infinitely, after using Barrage or Salvo.
Rogues will now exit stealth when interacting with harvestables. For general interaction objects it will interrupt the interaction if the character enters stealth.
Summoner
Made improvements to issues causing game freezes and crashes related to Summoner pets being summoned.
Summoner pet abilities can now be hover casted.
Pet abilities may now be spot cast on other targets without changing their current sic’d target.
The 'Sic' pet command may now be used correctly on mounts and vehicles.
Pets no longer register damage from non-ability sources (such as DOTs) as an assist event. This should improve the responsiveness of “Follow” and “Move To” commands while in Assist Mode.
Extract Vessel will no longer work on targets other than your pet.
Fixed an issue that would prevent pets from being able to be summoned in some locations.
Fixed an issue that could cause Summoner pets to disappear unexpectedly.
Fixed an issue preventing Summoner Pet hotbars from updating based on the currently summoned pet.
Fixed an issue where choosing the same pet you had before, in a different skill tree slot, would overwrites the hotbar with the correct pet skill.
Summoner pets will correctly play their death animation, instead of immediately disappearing when destroyed.
Pets that are combatants no longer bypass the AOE setting.
Pets should now properly receive both targets if the Dual Targeting setting is active.
Mystic pets will no longer get confused, and heal themself instead of their Summoner.
Smoothed Summoner pet movement.
Caravans
Fixed an issue preventing players from joining Caravan events as an attacker or defender.
Caravans - Updated the caravan driver defense buff to only reduce damage from player characters. Enemy NPCs will now deal full damage to characters driving caravans.
Duels
Duels - Fixed an issue that could prevent duels from starting.
Duels - Fixed a bug that would give a “Cannot Duel While in Combat” error even though both characters were out of combat.
Quests, Events & Commissions
Crate delivery quests will no longer break if someone relogs while doing this quest. The quest will be abandoned and need to be restarted.
Map markers have been added for the following quests: Initial Fabrication Assessment, First Useful Thing, Hands Set to Craft and First Stitch of the Way.
Lawless PvP events - Fixed a bug that caused these to happen far more often than was intended.
Mayoral Commissions that require people to kill enemies outside Settlements have had their levels correctly adjusted and can once again be accepted.
Mayoral Commissions - When turning in items for this, if items are selected for other commissions but not yet submitted, they will be unavailable to select in other commissions looking for the same item.
Buy Orders - Fixed a bug that would prevent materials from being removed from a character’s inventory when submitting materials to a Buy Order, in some situations.
Buy Orders that were missing from Settlements in the Turquoise Sea have been fixed.
Buy Orders that were appearing twice in the dropdown of Riverland Settlements have been fixed.
Buy Orders - Fixed an issue that could prevent Buy Orders from being able to be completed.
Removed Harbinger quests from the Sandsquall Desert that were available too early.
A Better View quest - More Gravehide Seer goblins have been added to the Aela Ruins for this quest, and the drop rate of items has been increased. You no longer need to kill additional goblins to collect items needed, after just having killed goblins.
Echoes of Betrayal quest - Trace of the Seal of Envy objective has been fixed, and you can now progress this quest correctly.
Echoes of Chains quest - The number of Chainbreaker Ramkin needed for the quest has been reduced from 8 to 3, and the respawn timers for the Chainbreaker Ramkin have been reduced from 30 seconds to 10 seconds.
Kindling Awaits Flame quest - Added more Robed Strangers for this quest, and you no longer need to kill them multiple times to get a Wax-Sealed Note. This quest has also been simplified.
Kindling Awaits Flame quest - Increased the objective radius when approaching Lumber Landing.
Hand-Eye Coordination quest - You no longer need to kill additional goblins to collect the required items after having just killed goblins in the previous objective.
Hungry For More quest - Add more Strangers near cookfires for this quest. There should be no difficulty finding out what they’re up to now. In addition, Cleric Beyam’s dialogue will close automatically when it is completed.
Of Wicked Intent quest - The Sighted Seekers and the Echoes now have a respawn time of 15 seconds.
Safe, Fast, Sure quest - Fixed a bug with misleading quest available icons for this quest.
Shadow of Proof quest - The NPC marker will disappear correctly after completing the objective.
The Last Moot quest - This has been updated so the spirit assassins will continue to spawn for characters that need them. They will continue to not give exp or loot, which is intended.
Anklebiters event - The Grem associated with this event will continue to respawn until each wave of attackers is completed to prevent the event from stalling out.
Grave Robbers event - Only goblins associated with this event will show up as targets on your map.
Bloodied Bloom Commission - Fixed the missing objective description.
Settlements
Trade Bureau - Fixed the construction cost for this Service Building. The construction now cost 600 tier 1 Materials, 600 tier 1 Tools, 60 tier 2 Clothes and 60 tier 2 Spirits.
Did some weed whacking in Verra! Settlements and Roads should feel less incorrectly overgrown.
Fixed visual bugs that could cause road intersections from not rendering correctly.
Economy & Artisanship
Mining Resonite stone now proc's Zhakara gems 25% of the time or Bagkindo metal 25% of the time.
Recipe tooltips will now show “Already known” on recipes a character has already learned.
Mounts
Fixed a bug that prevented mounts from regenerating HP.
Fixed a visual bug that caused some mounts and mount cosmetics to appear at a low resolution.
General Fixes
All enemies around Verra will respawn correctly. Fixed an issue that was causing enemies to no longer spawn.
Guilds - People will no longer incorrectly see the guild UI or get guild related notifications, for guilds they’re no longer a part of.
Wearing cosmetics will no longer hide if a character is holding a crate.
Added a mailbox in Samia’s Hope, so characters who start here can more easily get cosmetics in this area.
Fixed an issue where rowboats could persist after logout, allowing a character to summon multiple rowboats.
Fixed an issue where rowboats could be traded while a character had them summoned. Rowboats must be unsummoned before trading them.
Rowboats will now despawn if you move too far away from them. You can resummon the rowboat after it despawns.
The Harbinger Voidblade weapon is now unrepairable. It has also been renamed to The Hourglass Remnant, and its lore has been added to the item tooltip.
Wayward items can now be repaired correctly.
Dusk and dawn daytime transitions should no longer cause significant white out or black out issues for people. Praise the Sun!
Improved dusk and dawn lighting transitions to not get so dark.
Decreased the possibility of players getting flashes of light when transition between time of day.
Emotes play more reliably in combat situations.
Tradesrep NPCs from Briarmoor Farms and Aven’s End have been removed, since their quests were previously removed.
Some error messages have better information, to help with resolving issues.
Fixed collision in some parts of the world, where characters could get inside cliffs or mountains.
Hawkwatch Tower and Ballast Breakhold locations notifications have been fixed.
Fixed an issue where “Event Abandoned“ and “Quest Started“ would pop up at incorrect times while characters were traveling the world.
