Creation of Magical Portals but groups

Hello,

I'd like to suggest that with sufficient number of magic users it would be possible to form a portal that allows a single person to traverse the map to portal creation location.

Portal creators would need to be out of combat with a 60-120 second cooldown, requiring 2-4 magic users to create a transportation portal.

This would allow groups to form more easily for PvE content.

I loved portals in Ultima Online or having runes for Non-Magic users. Just let us use em. I do enjoy the world and running around but I think mounts should be like 2x faster.
