• Settlements and Vassalship are back online. Experience gain has been restored - cities may once again rise, fall, and feud as intended.
• Everyone’s feeling sturdier again. Base HP for all archetypes has been restored to previous values.
• Global Chat now requires Level 5. Players must reach level 5 before using Global Chat, giving adventurers time to find their footing before addressing the masses.
• NPCs have been reminded to respawn. Improvements were made to reduce cases where they vanished unexpectedly, though a few edge cases may remain.
