Demoralizing lack of customer support

I spent 14-16 hours gathering and crafting between my two accounts I paid $100 each for. My progress was set back loosing all the resources I collected, all the experience gained, and all the 120 Preserved Food that disappeared. And all the tickets I would have gained. I wrote a bug report 2 days ago when this happened and no help was received. It demoralized me. I cant be the only one this happened to, but if others got the same lack of response from Intrepid, this will really hurt the game.

And before you say "Its an Alpha", I really think once a game is on Steam you have to have customer support.

Sorry, that's super frustrating, and I feel your pain! I lost my first 18 slips to a server crash (I was on my first trip to drop off two crates) when the server crashed yesterday - I'd only got those after my first 66 hours of play. I agree, very disheartening.

But that is sadly exactly what an Alpha is. Expect nasty Problems. You are a Tester - not a "Player" yet.

This game is in Alpha testing, regardless the money you paid. You should expect bugs, and character deletions, etc., during Alpha testing. This is not a finished game, nor has it ever been presented as such.
