The game feels like a mash-up between New Worlds and Elder Scrolls - PvP and open world group-focused, with PVE as an afterthought, as can be seen —
In the looting of your corpse when you die, very pvp
lots of time wasted traveling between areas - almost like it was designed to be spread out and take you a long time to travel to fell like there is more content to the game than there really is.
No currency drops from mobs. The Glint is very much a PVP token feel to it
Slow as heck spawn rates of mobs, especially in areas were commision quests are at
No share tagging, so you spend a lot of time waiting for respawns
time-consuming and over expesive progessing of material, and the Tax rates are ridiculous
difficult to find objective on missions - for example: no map icon to show active constructions so you can drop of crates.
lack of automated travel, no ride stations or flight points
The bag space taken up by materials is ridiculous, 4 spots for ore or gems…
Plus the overall slow development of this game is kinda of odd - i bought the wayfarer pack back in 2018, when I did I thought the game would be a release product within 4 years. I know how hard it is to work in development and sure many people at the company have put a lot of hard work and good work in, but the game seems to be taking a long time. Make me wonder if there are financial or managerial issues going on. as you seem to have had plenty of time to do cosmetic packs instead of getting the game out. at this rate, it will be another 10 years before the game comes out.
after seeing the state of the game in this alpha and given the time it took to get this far. I am unlikely to even bother with the game if it finally gets released.
