How can I get access to the PTR? I don't see an option on the launcher or a separate download for it.
You should be able to find it in your steam library :)

Don't bother mate, I got the email asking to test PTR tonight and get a mount etc only to log and find a 2k queue that after almost an hour only moved down by around 300 people and then disconnected. This shit is doomed unfortunately.
Re the above…yea, I've been in que and ocassionaly being kicked off (and loggin back in) a few times now since around 10:50ish PST (so over an hour). Que over 1k long, sometimes 2k. Will count down and then as it gets closer to 1k I just get bumped from que. Tried getting in through via both starter areas via different characters.
It's a stress test so is expected. Would have liked to have actually gotten in to help, but hopefully the login data / que data helps.
