Grimgar really deserves another season in my opinion.

Agreed, the light novels are way ahead of the anime, and I read somewhere that their might be but nothing concrete yet.

@Katherine Koe no Katachi/ A silent voice? if its that one, I loved it it takes you for a spin and really makes you think about a lot of things.
and Wolf Children is so so so heartwarming I love the snowscene.

Puella Magi Madoka Magica - This would be one of my all time favorites for sure. The contrast, the themes.. hnng
Sword of a Stranger - Movie is amazing and has the best straight up fight period.
Black Rock Shooter [OVA]
Usagi Drop - heartwarming bliss.
Bakemonogatari - The whole series is genius. How everything is done and metaphors are used to represent real problems. Best of the best.

Oh yes I forgot about that one @devorandom March comes in like a lion is absolutely amazing. It has so many heartfelt moments that feel so relateable. Always a top pick for me too.

OMG just finished https://myanimelist.net/anime/37175/Mi_Yu_Xing_Zhe if any of u out there can handle watching Chinese anime please give this show a watch it deserve it.. i am in awe at how well done this show was, it leaves u on the edge of ur seat during every episode. Pircture Btooom but instead of fighting each other(mostly) there are various other challenges in your way. Pls watch it
