The goal of the mmo guild is to set a framework for us to enhance the game with guild quests. Theses quests will range in different tiers. From Guild>Month>Team>Personal.
Our guild will have some over arching goal that we establish, each month we break down that over arching goal into a smaller goal for the month. Teams will be decided by players and these are generally people in your time zone that you enjoy playing with. Teams will work with the guild leaders to come up with something small that they can do for the guild during the month, or complete personal quests to earn a portion of the reward. Personal quests will be things individuals want done. Individuals will offer a reward for the quest being completed, that reward is generally gathering material, but it can be negotiated, if its negotiated the team must make some note of it. Teams will accrue points by helping individuals complete their goals
