@Starvation Finally someone said the two I'm looking at, though I am leaning more toward Duelist. Rogue / Fighter. On the flip side, you can go Necromancer and wield weapons, though we don't know if such a thing will be prohibitive. Shadowlord (Rogue /Summoner) sounds like a Deathknight type.

Sorcerer... Pretty sure I'm sold on sorcerer.

More curious as to how this dual class system works. The augmenting thing sounds potentially epic, but incredibly difficult to work out all the potential combinations.

Some kind of blend of Rogue, Tank, and Fighter with Mage augments... Ugh, probably Tank/Rogue, depending on how the Augments play out.

Oh my stars and garters...I love that image. That is exactly what I think of when I think of a spellsword. If I could ever find a game that makes my character feel that epic (and I'm hoping AoC does) I would never leave that game.
