There are different categories I would rank each race in.

Lore-wise
Before the MMO aka Apoc

the Aela was the most powerful and had over 8million people under its banner.
Secondly would be the Py'rai who rivaled the Aela in population and power.
Dwarves -were still hiding in their mountains
orc-were scattered tribes until they were united by the Khal
Tulnar-seemingly unheard of or little to no recorded history so far

Fast track to the time of the MMO-

I would say the Tulnar have the advantage over other races only because they were left or chose to stay behind after the great fall.
thus any tulnar inhabiting Verra when we as the players come through would have the strategic advantages over the other races.
Not to say that there wouldn't have been other pockets of survivors but we don't have that information.

Now just going off the racial chart that has been around forever, I would say the race with the most potential would have to be the Vek.
Reason being, the veks hold great knowledge that could either benefit those of Verra or destroy it.

However speaking solely for myself, I prefer elves. Specifically Empyrean. I am for pride and militaristic endeavors.

we obviously! the elven race are far superior beings.
the fact that anyone would question this (if so) means how short-sighted and insignificant and frightful the other races are...
and who could blame them...

but the short answer is : the proud elven legacy is and always WILL BE the pinnacle of civilization whether other races are wise enough to accept it or not, it will not change anything.

I really do love how the elven ears have that lovely point at the top its just the logical place to make a hole so you can add them to a necklace.

I'll let you know once I've seen them. As aesthetics are 80% of what's important in a race for me.

As for which race has a culture that i'm most attracted to? Based only on what little we know so far. The Vaelune.

Werent the Elves always the predecessors of humanity? I mean they got the long life and their trees, but humanity got the 2.0 overhaul with the shorter lifespan and superior breeding capability together with industrialisation.
But either way, both are only one race each, while we Tulnar are four in one.

Orcs are just green/red humans.
Dwarves are short humans.
