Bug with bleed not being taken off after the effect ends

https://youtu.be/odwOMEZ392IThe debuff of bleeding disappears but when I move I take bleeding damage at an insane rate. I feel like the bleed lasting longer has been an issue for a while but I'm not sure if it is universal and happens every time or not.
P.S. I'm not t-bagging but trying not to get shot while standing still. Tactic provided by @ClearlyClumsy

Here is another example of the problem. Hemorrhage wears off and still taking damage after that.
