Apoc Weapon abilities

I believe it is timed these get addressed. When a player has multiple types of a weapon that uses the same ability (Archmage's Compaion as an example)they should all share the cooldown IF one is used, thereby alleviating spam and making people choose different weapons.

    Ya'll seriously can't be ok with lack of adaptation.

    There have already been some topics addressing this problem - especially in regard to Archmage's Companion - suggesting the same solution.
