Theoretically there could be a lot of production done via set-and-forget, time-gate processes. If that is the case, then having multiple freeholds would allow for more production without taking much more work (in the long-term). Do y'all think that's a possibility? And if it is, do you think it's acceptable because of the huge up-front investment required?
