Idea for give players more immersive gameplay

Hello, I have an idea that consists of giving players more immersive gameplay among players, my idea is about players being able to do their own quests for other players such as: Imagining that a player needs a certain material to crafting some equipment / armor where the player introduced a quest with a reward based on what the player introduces on a task board or elsewhere so that other players can take the quest and do it thus making an interaction between players and not just the player and npc.

Also, it functions as a recruitment mechanism for group content - am I understanding that correctly?
