My PC is:
I5 9600kf
MSI 970
16GB ram
SSD 1TB

Will I be able to play this game max at 1080p at 60fps? If not, what to change?

The game is years from release. We don't know what will be required to run at X resolution at Y framerate when the game launches.

Depends on your i5's performance - hard to predict without testing your one specifically.

If you have everything max clocked you can hit 60fps on most games - but I'm not sure how intense AoC graphics are. (It seems likely AoC is gonna have a lot of particle effects - which would mean a heavier load on graphics)

I am not that into pc specs, but since it's an MMO it will want to target a large audience with different specs (old and new) at launch. I would say if at the moment you can run other games on high settings you can run ashes I guess at medium to high

There isn't any advance of what CPU is going to work better for this game?

I mean AMD or Intel?
