(I had to delete the first and the last symbol or the server would interprete it immediately as a picture, but you can guess what goes there)
It needs to be a publicly accessible picture. Upload it on imgur or something.
You can also klick on the 4th symbol from the right, right next to the left/middle/right alignment buttons.
That will open a popup, where you can just copy into the jpg address and it will automatically put it into the post.
