unique NPCs

I'd love to see they make unique NPCs for each of the developers and designers who participated in creating this game. These NPCs could have special dialogs and/or quests.

idea: The guy who made weapons models could give player special quest to go into wild nature look for weapon fragments and as reward you could get some special "rare" remodel of that weapon (or armor or whatever)

I can imagine some group of NPCs sitting around campfire and chilling, when you come up to them you can kinda overhear the conversation which will be something like an easter egg. They could give you some insights on the game development or maybe some ingame secret dungeon entrances...
