Rogue, Ranger or Bard.
Depends on how they will implement their gameplay.
Ganknasty
Rogue --> Sin, Summoner --> Necro ..hardest choice I ever had to make for a main.
Asgerr
I wanna make something that will approximate a final fantasy Dragoon.
I am guessing I'll have to start with Fighter and then add some magical class. The "Censure" skill on Clerics looks close to it, but I don't quite care for the healing parts.
We'll see as we get more info on the class augments.

I want to try summoner, hope it will be possible to make a build where you do more with summons (If possible even good looking ones) then with attack spells but I fear this will not be the case.

Class is of course secondary since it's all about being Tulnar first!
I see another man of culture, well meet mood Kindred!
Songcaller
I've wanted to play Py-Rai Bard for some time, however, due to Racial Attributes the race may change, and, after Alpha 2, the class may also change.
Percimes
Don't know enough about the archetypes to put the right name on what I'm interested the most into. How much the secondary class brings to the mix could also change my starting choice.
Rogue vs Fighter vs Ranger.
Bard and Mage also appeal to me.
What to mix with what?
TyranthraxusEQ
Whatever combination allows heavy 2 handed damage while giving some tanking viability. So based on nothing but speculation, dreadnaught?
ValaAule
Wow. I always play a healer and atm it's the number one voted class.
Songcaller
Yeah, tanks seem to be limited so far on the poll above. Luckily, in the older polls with more votes, Tanks were more common.
Mennis
From the first look i would have to say Scout sneak in throw a couple of mellee attacks then strike from farther away. Thats how i imagine but have to wait till we see some more of the options of dual classes.
Volgaire
Priest or Mage depends how they will look and play out including the archetypes.
Voidwalkers
As usual, not enough tanks :'(
I'm sure "can summoners main tank?" has been asked before, lemme try to dig through the threads ...
Dragonsyear
I'm thinking ranger or assassin for that high dps
Solid_Sneak
I come from a paladin tank's perspective in WoW (recently at least, been around in ESO, GW2, Archeage and the run of the mill at this point). I can't wait to play Tank / Cleric, so I can be called a "piece of shit unskilled b*
@$
who has no friends" as I wear down and outlast lactose intolerant "rouges".
That or Tank / Mage, cause nothing says "I hate you" than a tank with access to blink.
halbarz
personally, I am planning to either Cleric or bard, I would need a bit more info on their skills and playstyle.
I really enjoy healing in games but also have been a big fan of playing a support role (buffer, debuffer, etc)
I'll have to play around with it
Hopefully, you can change your secondary class.

I’m very interested in trying a lot of the builds, but mainly Predator (Ranger/Rogue) and Paladin (Cleric/Tank).
I think Paladin would be my focus for group play and Predator would be my “bounty hunter” solo/small group class.
My son seems super keen on a Necromancer, so I’m hoping to find something that works well with that.
TyranthraxusEQ
Personally love tanking, but I don't like playing a full defensive tank. I want to be able to shred my target while tanking, and edge toward dps over tank if thats impossible for balance purposes.
Jamation
I'd love to see the data/correlation comparing these type of poll's data vs released information about classes, like the videos or stream tidbits mentioned
AOCCrafter
Omg I just don’t know. I have always just “known” what I wanted to main before joining a realm but with all these delicious choices I am so conflicted!
FlameStar
Bard. What archetype I pair that up with down the road remains to be seen. I'd probably have a better idea whenever more information becomes available, so at least there's that to look forward to. After that I'd consider a mage; they're fun to play and have cool spells, but the bard isn't really something I've been able to tinker around with, and the other archetypes are already fairly common in other MMOs I've played, with a few style/spell alterations here and there.
