Alpha Two Phase III testing has begun! During this phase, our realms will be open every day, and we'll only have downtime for updates and maintenance. We'll keep everyone up-to-date about downtimes in Discord.

Cant see the Alpha 1 upgrade

I have the Alpha 2 pack and read that the we would be able to upgrade to the Alpha 1 pack as of today. However i dont see that option or the pack available in the shop. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I would like to upgrade my package to be able to participate in the Alpha One testing. I have been trying to this morning but am not able to click-through and make the purchase. I am able to sign in, access the shop and see the bundle, but cannot click into it.

    Could you please clarify how I can upgrade my existing bundles? Thank you!

    This is just a guess but I don’t think we can upgrade until the cosmetics swap.

    At 11am Pacific time, we should be able to purchase the pack to gain access to Alpha 1 on may 14th-21st and june 1st-30th. If you already have a package, it will automatically be the difference of what you paid to what the cost of the adventurer pack is.

    iirc it's $125 to upgrade from A2 package to get A1. You should have the option to upgrade.
