Received Alpha Key But I am Not Able to Redeem It

Good Evening, I have an Alpha 1 key. However, every time I try to redeem the key, it says it is not a valid key. Any help is appreciated!

    Hi there friend! No need to redeem any keys - when you purchased the Adventurer Pre-Order Pack, your access was automatically added to your account!

    If you're able to post in here, you're all good to go to download the launcher, log in, and play!
