Character Level Progression Saving

Is there a sure fire way to make sure that my characters level is saved? Just got it set back to 2 after leveling to 5 (already reported it in game) I just wanted to know if there is anything I can do to make sure this doesn't happen or is less likely to happen.

    You get experience debt but can't be deleveled.
    Once you are level five no matter how much debt you gain you'll never fall back to 4.
    Most people never listen. They are just waiting on you to quit making noise so they can.

    Hiya friend - it sounds like perhaps you were playing on a server that had to be restarted due to issues. Sometimes when this occurs, some amount of player progress can appear to be rolled back - and unfortunately at this time there's no way to guarantee that doesn't occur! Testing with you will be the best way we can work towards mitigating these effects in the future <3

    If you haven't already, I would definitely recommend connecting your Discord and Intrepid accounts following the steps here, so you can see the latest updates on server status and downtimes in our Alpha One channels!
