EU server Testing requested changes

At the moment Tenok player no.s are extremely low. Can we please update sieges so that they run for EU times rather than US times - this I would have thought would be easy to put in and will help to retain testers. Also it helps work around the current siege sign up bugs where some of them dont appear. But if 2/5 don't appear it doesn't matter but when the 2 playable ones for most people's timezones don't appear it doesn't feel good.
I'm sure you are already aware for the 2 main issues at the moment are node buildings can get bugged and stop working and sometimes siege signups come up and sometimes not.
