Will rogue-like evasion/dodge & stealth even be useful if you can't do raids unless you have a tank?

The tank skill is obvious, take damage. What is the rogue-like class even useful for if it can't evade those enemy attacks?
Rogue-like classes have always been nerfed, they always have to rely on all other classes to complete content. Mage-likes and priest-types too for that matter. Raid Dungeon4412 must have 23%tank - 30%dps - 16% heal to complete dungeon, the rest can be error, fail and rogue.
Will there be consideration for the dodge, stealth and misdirection component?

I hope that isn't the case. While I enjoy playing with a group, sometimes when I come home from work I just want to be mindless for a bit and kill stuff. That's usually when I do my grinding or farming. I hope that at any level there will be MEANINGFUL content for me to do and progress my character somehow without others so I can do it at my own pace.

If you are high level trying to grind XP, you're probably going to be in a higher level node, which will have a higher population because there's more stuff there. More people around means more possibility to get ganked, and therefore you should bring friends.

If that's what it's referring to then that's fine, I would understand it.
As long as I don't have to have a whole party just to go kill some mobs or farm some mats... Sure a dungeon would have a higher concentration of both of those things and therefore be faster, but there should be some solo level content too.
